Confederate History and Heritage Month Committee

Commander English, of Sons of Confederate Veterans Camp #1929, Rabun Gap Riflemen, Clayton, GA attended the March meetings of the Rabun County Board of Commissioners and the Clayton City Council and petitioned those bodies to proclaim April as Confederate Heritage Month. Both groups graciously approved the request and the proclamations were signed and entered into record.
