Georgia - Coweta County and city of Newnan issue Proclamations
Attached are proclamations from the Coweta County, Georgia Board of Commissioners and the mayor of Newnan, Georgia proclaiming April, 2007 as "Confederate History and Heritage Month" and April 26, 2007 as "Confederate Memorial Day".

These proclamations will be read at the Confederate Memorial service to held in the Confederate section of Oak Hill Cemetery in Newnan , Georgia on Saturday, April 28, 2007 at 10:00 A.M.
