April 26 - South Florida Confederate Memorial Day Motorcade

12th and 14th Brigades in South Florida will be holding the annual Confederate Memorial Day Motorcade from Miami to Sebastian, Fl. Honouring all 171 known Confederate veterans resting in 7 counties.

The two groups start from the north and South - conducting a Memorial Service at each cemetery with Confederate veterans along the route. Ending together for a final Memorial Service in West Palm Beach, Fl. After driving a combined 500 mile trek many of the participants enjoy fellowship and Supper at Cracker Barrel.

Just think, some dozens  of uniformed Confederate's and their ladies at Cracker Barrel, boy does that cause a stir.

This brainchild's father is MIKE CRANE, now of Georgia, some 14 years ago we did our first and the child has grown since.
