Bartow, County - Georgia - issues Confederate History and Heritage Month Proclamation

The Bartow County Commissioner, Mr. Clarence Brown, signed the Proclamation on 3-31-2008. We took a picture of the event and its have appeared in 2 local newspapers here in the County.

We are having three events in this County. On April 26, 11:00am, SCV Camp #670 will attend the UDC service in Cartersville. On Sunday the 27th we will attend the Confederate service in Kingston Georgia.

Our Camp will hold the annual Cassville Memorial event on May 3rd at 10:00am at the Cassville Cemetery which has 400 unknown graves, as well as, another 54 know burials.
